LIMITED WARRANTY - SEWER REPAIRS

APS Plumbing provides a limited workmanship warranty on sewer repair services as follows:

Warranty Periods

Spot Repairs: Two (2) years from the date of completion
Epoxy Pipe Lining: Five (5) years from the date of completion

Coverage
This warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by APS Plumbing and applies only to the specific portion(s) of the plumbing system that were repaired or lined under this agreement. If a defect in workmanship is identified within the applicable warranty period, APS Plumbing will repair or correct the defective work at no additional labor cost to the customer.

Limitations
This limited warranty is restricted solely to the original scope of work performed and does not extend to any other portion of the plumbing system.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, and APS Plumbing shall not be responsible for, any of the following:

Ground movement, settling, shifting, or structural changes
Pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to deteriorated, damaged, or improperly installed piping not addressed in the scope of work
Damage or failure caused by actions of third parties, including other contractors, utility work, or homeowner modifications
Issues occurring outside of the repaired or lined section of the plumbing system
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance

Disclaimer
This limited warranty is transferable to a new property owner one time and thereafter is non-transferable. This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.

LIMITED WARRANTY - PLUMBING SERVICES

30-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty

This workmanship warranty covers labor for interior plumbing work only and is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of project completion. This warranty specifically excludes sewer repairs (covered by a different warranty), video inspections, hydro jetting, and line cleaning.

We warrant that all work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If any defects in workmanship are identified within the 30-day warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or correct the issue at no additional labor cost. This warranty covers labor only. All materials, parts, and equipment are expressly excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects arising from: normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect, modifications or repairs performed by others, pre-existing conditions or structural issues beyond our control, or manufacturer defects in materials or products. This warranty does not include restoration or replacement of landscaping, fencing, concrete, asphalt, or other surface materials. Any claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing within the 30-day warranty period. Claims under this warranty are limited to a maximum of the value of the service being warranted. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and the original scope of work performed. This warranty does not apply to any plumbing element or structure on which APS did not perform a repair or other service.
